دسمبر کی سرد ہوا میں،

ایک سناٹا سا چھا گیا ہے،

ہر درخت پر، برف کی چادر بچھی ہے،

اور سارا جہاں، دھند میں گم ہوگیا ہے۔

A silence has descended,

A sheet of snow lies on every tree,

And the whole world is lost in fog.)

دسمبر کی راتیں، لمبی اور تاریک ہیں،

ستارے آسمان میں جگمگاتے ہیں،

اور چاند کی روشنی، نرم اور خاموش ہے۔

(December nights are long and dark,

Stars twinkle in the sky,

And the moonlight is soft and silent.)

دسمبر کا موسم، سرد اور خشک ہے،
